Nate Cook, Jay Cunliffe and their group of talented artists have put their art school skills to profitable work in this day and age of “ink acceptability.” Jay got his education at the Hussian School of Art completing the Graphic Design Program in 2002. “I seemed to always know that I wanted something different, and I really gravitated to tattoo art,” said Cunliffe. “All the guys here were art students, and like me they wanted to apply their training to something imaginative and personal. What could be more personal than placing you art on a person for a lifetime.”
Since their opening, the parlor has become one of the go-to-shops in area. According to the Inquirer
article, “In an effort to best serve the Union’s tattoo needs, Bonedaddys’ Tattoo will have Dan Czar serve as a special guest as the shop becomes the Union’s Chief Tattoo Officer. Czar, who was also one of the five finalists, came together with Bonedaddys in a display of collaboration and love for the Union and tattoos.”
BoneDaddys was selected from 135 entrees in and around Delaware County. Philadelphia Union defender Richie Marquez, said, “The shop is amazing, it's an exciting moment.Their
portfolios were phenomenal. When the best stand out, you can tell the difference.
